Ntradex Exchange Steps Learn the steps to starting and completing an exchange.
How the eXchange process works
After updating your settings and verifying your account, observe the exchange rates on your Dashboard, you click on Exchange
On the Exchange page, Input the US($) amount you want to Buy or Sell, Pick the Order Type as (Buy or Sell), and select the Payment Method as (Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer)
Click on Buy or Sell button when done
After clicking on Buy or Sell, you will be redirected to the Buy or Sell review page, you review all your inputs and observe the calculated amount to be Paid or Received. Click on Complete Order to proceed.
If you're buying, when you click on Complete Order, you will be redirected to a page containing bank account information, make your payment and click "Paid" when you're done.
If you're selling, when you click on Complete Order, you will be redirected to a page containing bank account information or interac e-Transfer details depending on the payment method you chose, make your payment and click "Paid" when you're done.
After making your payment to Ntradex and you have clicked on "Paid", your order will be registered in our system for fulfillment with a confirmation email sent to you.
Your order will be fulfilled within 1 - 3 hours for local transfers, and within 2 - 24 hours for international transfers.
